EB-2 NIW | Nebraska | 17+ Months | No RFE or Update.
My EB-2 NIW petition was filed with a priority date of February 12, 2024, at the Nebraska Service Center. The official 80% processing time for this center is 17 months, and my case has now been pending for 17 months and 13 days. My case inquiry date is August 17, 2025. There has been no RFE or update so far—it's still showing "Case Is Still Being Processed By USCIS."
Has anyone else in a similar timeline received a decision recently? When can I realistically expect to hear back from USCIS?

we can expect 20 months ~ 600 days i guess. i dont see any normal cases at NSC got approved lately to be honest.

yes, case inquiry can help. but more often than not, it will just be another hopeless hope and won’t do changes to our case. but in any ways, at least we have something to do instead of just waiting.
