hi @Umashankar Chandrasekaran - I had the same RFE. to re-submit supplement J. it took about 110 days after receiving my RFE for the approval. all depends on - the office that's processing your case and if your PD is current. I've posted my detailed timeline too

same like yours i don’t think 6 months is true, filed in may2025 concurrent. 140 was approved in sep after Rfe. i-485 no rfe’s yet but last week silent update and emma told case moved to queens FO. forever wait :(

Today I visited the DMV to apply for a Real ID. I provided my valid H-1B I-797 approval notice, but they said their system shows me as being in “EAD status” and asked for my I-485 EAD card instead. I have not used my EAD for employment and I am maintaining H-1B status. which documents I should present at the DMV to ensure they recognize my H-1B status? Should I only show my passport, I-94, and H-1B approval notice? Also, is it normal for DMV System checks to show my EAD even when I am maintaining H-1B? Thank you.

emma is useless, but when any silent update i chat. use live agent optiin and ask like you would like to know where case is!! using Ead for dmv is totally okay! im on h1b but dmv i used ead as well!

My case timeline is similar. India born, concurrently filed i140, ead, ap and aos late may. I140 eb1c approved in 2 months with PD May 2015. EAD and AOS in final step, AP in received status.
