@sprinkle do you had to prove anything? did you send any documents to prove your financial loss??

@CL no they did not request proof from me. I think it goes by a number of factors 1: the office assigned to your case and the nature of your case. CL is your case marriage base?

@CL am so sorry to hear . is it a renewal or its your first EAD card. ?my biometric was reused from the first time I filed. To my knowledge if you expedite your case with out biometric being done it will be denied.

@CL ok you should call uscis and request and inquiry into your case. #1 800-375-5283 when the automated voicing begins talking say technical difficulties. keep saying technical difficulties until you are transferred to a tier one officer and then make and enquiry from there. hopeful this helps. keep the faith God will see you through.

I filed for I-765 EAD replacement because mine was lost back in Oct, I sent all documents and RFE and still didn’t get it yet. Biometrics reused. When you said you spoke with Emma is the same phone number you post to CL? Is that how you can expedite EAD? I really just know there is something called EAD Expedite!

@Mo Ali yes you can call the number and follow the same process that I told CL to follow. or you can also go online to the uscis website and chat to Emma and ask her to speak to a live agent and ask them to expedite it from there.
