EAD not given
Please I need advise on this or if anyone has/is going through the same issue as mine. Got my prima facie since March of this year but I haven't gotten my EAD sent since then. I'm really worried about this... My lawyer hasn't said anything either. What is your advice on this?

same here Nebraska timeline is 4 months for EAD but it’s been 5 months now I haven’t heard back anything from them

I applied for EAD Feb 2024, just got a notice that they r sending my new card yesterday that's 8months

it seems they increased processing at the beginning of this year and a lot of EADs were getting issued very quickly for those applicants. I think the real delay started at Nebraska when they waived all the VAWA related filings in April. it became accessible to many more ppl. my EAD was transferred due to workloads recently. When initially they stated all VAWA/ related forms will be centralized. I believe you should have it soon, mainly if you already submitted biometrics. I’m a July filer and I’m currently waiting on a biometrics request.
