EAD
I got my EAD in April but USPS misplaced it
sent another application
but I have not heard anything over 30days
I am so worried
work permit expired
driver's license expired
and I have a baby
pls what can I do.

call the USCIS, ask for Tier 2 officer and let them know your situation.

call them and see if they can send you a document stating that your ead was approved.I believe with that you should be able to get it replaced. Generally with your USCIS number they should be able to reach out to verify if you’re eligible for a renewal. As for your work permit you have an automatic extension of up to 540 days. You should be fine since you filed already .

I have the same issue however I was able to renew my license with the approval notice in Texas
