they dont come anymore as a combo, I had to renew my EAD and proccessed papers for both, my EAD came like 5 months after I applied for it, the travel permit nothing… its been 8 minths

@Iazl which category did you or your lawyer put for 765? c31 or c09???

C09 - because I filled I-485 with my application.

@sam I don’t have receipt yet. my lawyer just filled all forms for me and sent it to me for signature and I see he put c31 and I don’t like itn

I had to yell at my lawyer to change mine from C31 to C9 when he sent me the forms to sign. Some of them don’t know what difference it makes lol

My lawyer filled both c31 and c09 is this will work? Is the c09 will be considered?

guys chill! my lawyer gave me C31 ead receipt but I got my ead in 4 months after applying. I applied in dec. 2021
