they had sent a response to me to the wrong email, the agent messed it up so I would advice persons to call and check up on the expedited requests. my email was just informing me to try expediting after I did biometrics the agent told me

@krystal usa: you're right! my first request was actually put on hold because I hadn't done my bio but I never received the email. I only learned about it when I chatted with a live agent afterwards.

@Christine, i have done my bio a month ago as well, and after bio i did ER and no response at all, i did my 2nd ER last week and nothing yet, if i cant receive my EAD in 3 weeks, i have to leave my job 😩

Congrats. I submitted an ER on July 6th and it got assigned to an officer. No updates since then. I wonder if it will ever get worked upon. LIN

Congratulations Christine C. I'm still waiting for the EAD approval. Job offers are being rescinded. I've contacted the CIS Ombudsman at DHS, and they have contacted the USCIS about my case.

@Demian hang in there! I'm sure it will get worked on @Taapoli I hope you hear good news soon! I know it can be very frustrating but once you get your EAD, follow up with the employers. they likely still have openings to fill!
