I called severally to get my EAD and AP receipt after several months of filing I got only my I485 and I130 receipts. After I got it late March I chatted 2wks ago with a live agent to be expedited based on humanitarian ground, was given a ticket and I’ll be contacted by tier 2 officer would respond to my case after 7-10days. I was never contacted 2wks later I was approved on Monday May 2nd and it got delivered on May 7.
