Can you file for work permit and get approved after I130 is approved while in removal proceedings even though the removal proceedings is not terminated?

if u have approved I-130 it’s better to adjust -I-485 with judge , if not terminate proceedings and apply EAD, travel permit and I-485 with uscis.
if ur I-130 is still pending and ur removal proceedings are based on asylum then you can file for EAD on category C08.

@corey i130 pending or approval doesn’t grant or represent any benefits. after ur i130 approved then u can file infront of the judge by paying uscis the fees or ask for termination and fully pursue ur case with uscis. but if u have asylum case pending then u can file EAD immediately but I don’t remember if 180 days clock still effective.
