EAD & AP
EAD got approved just this morning, my expedite request was neither denied nor approved and the reply to expedite was “your case is being actively reviewed” , before the expedite the status was same. so I waited for a week as I have seen from others experience, it was getting approved after getting this reply.
I had expedited I131 as well, it’s status is still same “received” however, when I logged into my account, there is small “i” symbol and it says “case closed” what does it mean it’s also approved and status has not changed officially in the system yet. did anyone have simolar experience?

hey SI FI, i expedite since sept 1st and just got the initial mail on sept 12, but it hasnt been denied or approved, how long did they accelt you case???? after no answer

Abiola Balogun You need to go in this application where it says (MORE), there you will find several options, one of them is the request to expedite up your case, if it is out of processing time, follow the steps that are requested and send it. good luck 🍀 🍀 If you need to go to the UCIS office, go to the info pass option and make an appointment
