that’s so weird you guys got those. Mine is is 5 years and it’s federal ID so that’s all I need for the plane/gov buildings sometimes require it etc The people working at dmv weren’t sure what to give me so that called Albany (NY state capital) to be sure. Please double check the laws in your state because 751 is fairly new and not all dmv know what they are doing lol

well, I got REAL ID (federal id) using EAD only. and yes, not all DMV staff are aware, they still need to ask their supervisor about AB60 here in CA, maybe it’s not that frequent they’re handling such case

right I think that’s the problem is dmv is a bit lost lol
