no it’s not , lawfully is not worth it when your case is on nvc .

my case is ready for interview and they still showing me here at nvc . lol it change till transit then ready and here still at nvc .

@Rup kaur, after you do your 6 steps it normally is 2 to 3 months to DQ but for the interview is when is taking so long also depends on your embassy like for Mexico is taking 13 to 15 months

for interview you’ll receive a email before anything else , socend day your status change on nvc website to in transit , then two days after you receive the interview letter would change to ready . it would never change to anything before you receive your interview letter .
