has anyone travel within the e US states since January. I usually travel within the US but my last flight was in January(during the protest) it was ok only thing was that I spent extra minutes because my Real Id as “temporary” on it and the officer made me wait for few minutes and check my work permit but I was later told to go after 10 minutes. I’m worried to see if things might have totally changed and are we still able to fly domestic nowadays. I plan to fly to Texas and Puerto Rico in December. has anybody flown with their work permit/real ID with pending I-485 since January 2026?

Yes, I flew in August from NY to Las Vegas with real ID. Didn't need to show my work permit.
