Denial and approvt
Is there anyone here , get denial for the i130 and I 485 based in marriage , and refille again and get the approval after refilling for second time
I refille again and passed interview and I’m still waiting for decision

@ Yb Yb how many interview did you go and when was that, when did you got denied and when did you refile….if I may ask again which country are you from….I have similar case but am still waiting on there decision…Pd June 2017. 2 interview already.

My first interview was October 2018 and second interview was august 2019. and since then noting they just keep renewing my EAD.

That’s long time of waiting , did u ask a lawyer to send inquiry, maybe this will help , the officer last time told me , if there is nothing in one month u can send inquiry
