my RFE deadline is this thursday. which is the fastest delivery method for P.o. box? it need to be deliver by thursday to meet the deadline. any recommendations??

Your best option is overnight express. Don't cheap out on it, it's $30-ish but you will have a peace of mind.

best option is fedex I sent yesterday and today I got notification they received one day shipping do not use USPS they take almost 1 week or lost the package
