It doesn't add up to me. USCIS should look at how long it took to process an application from when it was submitted, not what the current processing time is. Honestly, VAWA doesn't seem to have any time for USCIS to get moving. They just do things on their own schedule.

@Noah Henry ikr but such is life, I believe we are still being punish indirectly for overstaying our welcome in the country, not lawfully but spitefully from some of these agents. Just my take
