how long did it take to receive your notice after from “interview was scheduled” online notice

My I-765 form was out of the processing time, so I call USCIS to let them know. By the way, I ask them about my I-485 form. They just told me to wait. After the phone call, I got my interview scheduled. Until now, my I-765 has not been approved yet.

@Lemon juice, congratulations. if I485 is approved surely i130 must be approved because i485 is dependent on i130 and as such they can’t approve i485 without approving i130. it’s just that the system is yet to be updated on i130. Rejoice my dear. this September is for celebration for everyone in this immigration stuff. amen

I'm still under my f1 visa. green card holder cannot petition out of status spouse. That what I've read.

are you in lawful status? if you are and have ead approved you have authority to work. But if at interview officer finds out that you have been unlawfully present, your adjustment of status will be denied. Except in a case where your LPR spouse has since become a US citizen before interview.
