Consular Processing Experience EB1A
Hi;
my I-140 recently got approved. I selected consular processing at the time of I-140 submission as my L1A is getting expired and I will get transferred to a different country.
NVC recently sent me an email requesting submission of documents.
I am working on gathering documents. Has anyone gone through a similar process? how did it work for you? would love to hear your experience.
