yeah, my petition isn’t waiver but I may be requesting waiver as my union is at the brick of collapse.

I had the same situation but after waiting too long I sued them and it worked out I got interview notice in two months after suing them. Did my interview now waiting for outcome. Good luck guys

I actually got my N400 interview 6 weeks ago and I was given a paper from IO that had the heading Naturalization interview results. The IO officer put a tick mark next to the "You passed the test of English and US history and government." Then he put a tick mark next to OPTION A) "Congratulations! Your application has been recommended for approval. At this time, it appears that you have established your eligibility for naturalization. If final approval is granted, you will be notified when and where to report for the oath ceremony." Last weekend my foreign kids I 130 was approved and today an update stated the case was sent to DoS, but still worry I haven't got any update since my N400 interview and no oath date. I will appreciate it if anyone can shed more light or idea if you have had a similar experience. Thanks
