Combo card finally approved!!!
What a relief!
I contacted both my senator and congressman office around 12/15/21 explaining that I had an outstanding job offer and that I didn't want to take the chance of losing that job.
On 1/10/21 I received a call from a USCIS officer from my field office telling me they received the congressman's office inquiry and that they were going to forward the expedite request to NBC where my case was being processed. I was expecting an RFE asking for a letter from my employer or something but never received any more updates, unti today when I got the good news!!!
FYI - my receipt # is IOE9130. Good luck everyone ♥️♥️

we filed the i130 online and the rfe stated the form was missing a signature. we thought it was a bit silly given we filed online but printed the form, filled it, signed it and uploaded

well at least we can work 😊 I visited home last month and that was awesome. I'm thinking that if I don't hear anything by January I will start inquirying about my case. so i'm not too worried, just annoyed. plus, if we do the interview after being married for 2 years they shouls give me a 10 year green card

yes exactly. am in this WhatsApp group of folks in Omaha field office. we all are still waiting both people from March of last year. our office is really slow. yes 10 yrs green card. pls update me or here whenever you hear from them
