Finally it’s been a stressful 8 months.
Marriage based to US Citizen
Office: NBC
PD: 09/13/2021
Expedited via Emma for financial loss in late April.
Reached out to congressman for help in early May.
On May 31 USCIS sent an email that they need more evidence. Faxed evidence on the same day.
June 2, 2022: Card is being produced for I-765. I checked my online account to see the approval notice and it says they’re approving both work and travel permit.
Good luck everyone who is still waiting.

My argument was my husband is the only one working in our household. He has significant debts and needs me to help pay it off. So I sent a copy of our marriage certificate, his 3 months paystubs, and a copy of his car/student loan balance and statement.

wow congrats I got the same Timeline PD sept 13 2021 i expedite my EAD and get in February didn’t have to submit any evidence

No my status never change. It was still saying “case is actively reviewed” even after I sent expedite request and sent evidence.
