did you try to expedite or ask what’s happening with live agent ,? employee based takes more time

@PD I ask live agent and even called them several times...i was told that they are work on it and still within processing time....it still says case received nothing change and it marriage base

we applied at the end of september last year nothing yet, just the receipts from uscis (marriage based)
