Child - naturalization
I have a question, I have a friend who has just been naturalized, he has a daughter in Haiti (4 years old) , can he give her a US passport from Haiti. If so, what form should he fill out?

I'm not 100% sure because I'm not a lawyer but base on what I've heard he'll have to file form i130 then when it approve he'll do process to get her here when the child get here then he'll file n600 then she'll get her citizenship certificate then apply for passport

exactly. fill the I-130. Application for immediate relative. After approval from uscis. your home country sets up an interview.

Exactly My son
born in Nepal was 6 months old when I came to United State. we were here together 6 years ago. I became US citizen one year ago and filed N600 to get US citizenship N-certificate for my son, and waiting time is too long almost 15 months.
