change of employers (NIW EB2)
hello everyone,
do you know if being h1b holder I can change jobs if my self-petitioned I-140 is approved (EB2-NIW category) and I-485 is pending less than 180 days? I ask it because I’m thinking to seek another job (same tittle) but in another company with better salaries.

u can do whatever you want if i140 is approved under NIW. just make sure you have EAD

@Khanh Nguyen I was wondering the same … but i was researching on google and some firms say that not recommend and others say that we can but once i140 is approved

You can change your job once you have your I/485 EAD. I did same.
