Our case had taken about this long so we reached out & did an inquiry. After we did the inquiry, our i130 was approved in less than 30 days. . maybe that’s something you can look into

@Lucas K I’m in the same shoes, since sept 2022- case is taking longer to 5 months. It says I can’t make inquiry until 2024 or so.

@Darnell Wellington I’m so sorry your case is also taking longer. Do you know which Service Center is processing your case? Yes same, we can’t make an inquiry until February 2024 based on the USCIS website’s indication so it just feels like we sit and wait…

@Martins Chima we already contacted their office and they sent an email on our behalf but they received a similar answer as us (« it’s long but normal ») so I don’t know if there’s much more they can do
