Case stuck at New card being produced for almost two weeks no tracking yet
i contacted them and they said it has not been mailed yet and i didn’t get “card was produced” yet

I am having the same experience. it’s been 24 days since my ead got approved. yet, I am stuck at “card is being produced”. calling them doesn’t provide a meaningful insight as to why

@MA mine stuck there for two weeks, then changed biometrics was taken and then biometrics was applied, and then again to card being produced. I then received card mailed the next day and then tracking number. the whole experience took approximately a month. I couldn’t sleep almost shut in my pants for the constant change of status. in the end o received the card. don’t worry so far as you receive the approval notice I wouldn’t worry as the system doesn’t automatically approve

@manny manny hmm well i appreciate the reassurance, i did receive the approval notice and the status before was that they reused my bio BUT i did get produced to approved to produced again and it’s stuck there, wednesday it’ll be 2 weeks

i got a “card was mailed to me” notification and then it showed in mail after 3 days. no tracking no informed delivery
