my case was approved Monday not transferred yet

@jerry thats the thing with USCIS you never know what’s their next move so annoying. I got approved Tuesday and today I got the notification stating that my case was transferred to NVC

I’m just waiting now 🤷🏾‍♂️

@jelaini Oh. for the NVC case, case tracker app was faster than Lawfully? For USCIS case, I’m sure Lawfully is faster than other apps.

@jelaini I think NVC is working on the weekend. our got approved on Friday and we got an email from NVC on Monday 1AM haha

indeed! I got my NVC email last night at 10:52 so less than 24 hours since it was transferred. I already paid the fees as well so hopefully by Monday I can start uploading docs and filling out the DS-260 application.

@immi usa the case tracker was faster for me. que my case was approved 24 hours passed and then lawfully sent me the notification when case tracker had already updated everything. the same thing when it was transferred to NVC so I’m not sure whether it differs depending on cases.

@immi. to show off...I am faster than any of this tracker...lol for first time in my life I called USCIS on day my petition was approved and it was only waiting for the approval letter to be issued...so I knew about it 3 hours before the myUSCIS account changed status and a day before Lawfully caught up. my K3 denial was mailed to me about 12 days it was showed denied here in lawfully.
