I’m sorry it’s taking long for you all. I got an interview scheduled at nashville a week ago, it literally took two days for it to be scheduled, probably it depends on the officer your case is assigned to

my case was just moved to the FO, the interview would be my first experience with them. my case has been with NBC, Lee’s Summit with took about 6months

@ceara klapp, my PD is Jan 2021, it’s employment based and my interview is in December

I don't receive yet the interview letter. But the USCIS ACCOUNT and lawfully says interview was scheduled.

26 June 2021. I’ve noticed a lot of MSC numbers getting approved but not IOE

nothing, I’m getting sick about this step now. it should be faster. right now, this is end of the year. W have to wait until next month to have something

still, been waiting since July, and it’s getting close to holiday , so I’m hoping for early next year now.

@Sita Tapp September 14. but Im ganna receive a new work permit and my travel document before January 13. I received those informations yesterday Night.

I got those a month after the BIO, but I want to travel and the lawers dont recomend me traveling with the permission so I am still waiting for the interview for the GC

I just rescheduled for another interview last week to have it done feb in Nashville. I don’t know if it’s based on my PD (jan 21’) or the IO. Praying you all hear something soon!!

the priority date on I-130 is March 8th, the I-485 receive date is March 30th.

I think it’s more related to your file date. both me and another person under this comment got our interview this week. both of us filed in March 2021

@MM TN, the waiting time is too long no matter what. some state people got interviews scheduled after couple weeks. we are on the line over 6 months. hmm

@R South, the inverview was quick and very simple, the ask where we live and how we meet and when and some other questions from the 485 form and also they ask for more proofs of the relationship, but I think they new they were going to approve the case before they meet us. Don’t be nervious everything will go good

my PD IS 26 June 2021 and I’m Nashville too. got my combo card etc but my case still says being actively reviewed😞 it seems everyone’s changed to ready to be scheduled very quickly

@ceara yah actively reviewed means they are still verifying your documents. That can mean many things, like the background check taking longer than usual, verifying your birth certificate (especially if it's translated), etc. Nothing to worry about if everything is in order. One all the documents are verified, they send your case to the FO (Nashville) and it'll say "ready to be scheduled for an interview". From there it will take time to schedule an interview (they put you in a queue based on PD). It seems from what @MM TN & @R South have said, they are at end of march PD. So you haven't lost time, yet

@MM TN did your status change online or did you have to speak with a live agent to figure it out? My PD is mid April, so based on this I should be receiving my interview within 1-2 weeks
