I worked my sponsor 2023 and 2024. Afterthat I can’t work till now.if you have w2 , past paystubs and active job verification letter, you are good to fine.

@Alex brown yeah I have 2 years of work history and all docs such as W2 and paystubs I asked BDV as well but they’re busy finding new clients

My EAD was expired and the sponsor asked me to provide new EAD or GC till that I can take break from work. So I moved to relatives house and informed sponsor that I’ll return to work after GC approval so I can stay and work permanently.

they will surely ask for your 485J

yup, you're good to go then. But how do you get 485J if you are not working for the sponsor?

@BDV sucks would you please tell who signed the 485j, your location /store manager or the same owner / or authority of the chain?

@s s The store manager reviewed and signed 485j. It’s just for the confirmation of job that I was working there and about my payment and hours details etc. Location was Columbia SC

are you required to provide your bank statement to them?

@Jay Tran I haven’t received the actual interview notice yet, so don’t know what doc’s they will be asking for.
