@rachid me too. it updated not even five minutes after I completed the biometrics. but lawfully showed me that the update was nine hours ago before I actually took the biometrics so sometimes the updated may come late…..

when you log in to the one that has ioe this is the same as mine you should see case status , history and then documents

they should be going across on the laptop or iPad on the phone you have to search. so you would press case status and search to select documents

you should have a documents section in sure for the ioe case cause I have that . I read it was only cases that had ioe but someone said it’s also for msc because they have it. I’m not sure why your not seeing it and you can’t even send a screen shot on this app
