why 4 years ,what visa category is that

nvc never denied a visa when it goes to nvc that stage is just to make sure you have the minimum paperwork to schedule in interview, the worst that NVC can do is resend your case to USCIS if they find out something is going on with your case , or incomplete then USCIS would ask you for interview , and some evidence. don’t worry the stage you are on now is the easiest.

embassy and uscis who has the power for approval and Denial .

and also you have a year to send them the paperwork or your case would be removed to a termination.

NVC also issued us Case Invoice ID,after recieving the Decision Letter+ I-797 Notice of Action

how long did it take you to get your nvc letter?

usics issued these letters 1 decison letter (In this letter it was mentioned that Petioner deceased so the case approval is reaffirmed and renistated on humanitarian basis.And sent to NVC. 1 form I797C Notice of action(in this letter it was asked to wait for 45 days until NVC contact you or send yiu a welcome letter)

after these letter no further correspondence,we call NVC and the issued us Case Invoice ID. now when i enter that creditentials at CEAC website,it shows a notice that your case is returned to USICS for Administrative Action and is no more at NVC.

we are quite confused as its not 5 years for this case processing.

roughly if you take an approximation after father deceased and finger pronts to mother as guardian of family so after all that it took 1 year to get us these decion letter. how much more time? any idea?

hope all the family is fine & doing well , my case was submitted as i-730from the past 4.4 years but it is still pending then i put recently i-30 on june -27-22 & approved on july -15-22 & then send to NVC on july -18-22 now have submitted visa processing fees & waiting for the docoments to appload it. im just confused how fast my case is running i hope for all the family as well to speed up his process bcz im still waiting for 1-130 from past 4.4 years waiting kills ………….. wish you all friends to pass this journey as soon as possible 😊😊😊😊
