congratulations 🎊 how do you make your inquiries I have been calling them but all they do is give me 90 days then give 30 days now it's 6 months I don't know what to do

I send them messages in the online account I think it goes directly to whoever has the case

@tish squirewell @LV F I used the online account to send them a direct message I entered my account number and used the “did not received documents” option as my reason for contacting them then I wrote my messages to them. they responded immediately
