@sj once the status changes to "actively bein reviewed ' it take 2-3 days to be approved now it's taking weeks and possibly months 😭😭😭

@bons when did you submit all your documents do you know? like what was the timeline between submitting all the documents and the interview being scheduled (feb8)

s j I submitted i485 feb2020. and a year after, feb 8 2021 they scheduled my interview for March 19,2021.

@bons did you not have a seperate step to send in more documents after you got your initial approval?

@bons ok I'm thinking maybe the process is different for us because we are living in Canada not within the US

s j at the rate things are going right now with the present government i think it would be faster than us who got caught up with the pandemic and the past government. you would get positive results soon! 🙏🏻

@h town we got the 130 approved on March 3. sent in all of our documents April 30and now we are waiting for NVC to approve them.

Mine is in this status since June 21st-'21. No update yet. Priority date: March 12th - '21. Nebraska service center.

I have applied for I485 and I765 in September 2020. On August 3rd 2021 I had the fingerprint appointment in Utah. Since then I am actively being reviewed for I765 and for the greencard I am waiting to be scheduled for the interview. My wife is USC.

Thanks so much for the information ….. I guess we are just wondering how long of a wait this first part of the process will be . The status changed within a few weeks from being received to actively processing so we got excited thinking the process is moving fairly quickly can this be a good sign ? Or is the wait going to be more then A few months ? I know you may not have the accurate answer but anything thing helps at this point

USC sent I-130 6/5 online got “actively reviewed” status 11/4. Any idea how long this takes?

Had my interview a week ago. Still case is being review. In the interview I answered some questions wrong so I’m scared that I won’t get my GC. Also i was missing a document so they need to send me a letter so I can send them the original they need. But I’m worry for my results. When will I get an answer? It’s been a week. Also, can I get my work Authorization before GC?

I filed I-130 on May 9, 21 and got actively reviewed on Oct 7, it’s being processed in Nebraska Service Center, when I tried to send them inquiry “Outside processing time” it shows my case still within the posted processing time, while in the processing table it shows I can send them inquiry if my case filed before date of May 13 😓

I'm a USC petitioned for my husband via I-130 and USCIS is Potomac. Here are my dates: May 23, 2021 Receipt date. October 22, 2021, but previously showed a date of October 21, 2021 Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS. The last update is taking forever, lol. Any updates from anyone have the dates randomly change like mine did?

hi guys - anyone who has received interview date from NVC after their financial, civil and dad-260 got approved? my forms got approved back in April 2022 and I received letter that interview will be scheduled. it’s august 2022 but no update yet. anyone in the same boat. mine is at Bombay (India) us consukate.

it is taking so long in U.S embassy in Ghana to give interview letters to applicants who have been documentary qualified in Ghana, hmmm why marriages are breaking apart
