congratulations Nene.. i have a question!! hope you can enlighten me!!! i filed my i360 and i484 all together in july 2019. my vawa got approved in February 2021 and my i485 is transferred to another office that has its jurisdiction in March 2021 and on 7th April i received i693 deficiency notice from NBC,it says you need to bring the medical if you got your interview scheduled if not then i will be getting an RFE.No Updates after that So When Exactly I Will Be Expecting My Interview Notice ?

@Harry r I understand!!! my vawa was approved in june 2021 and my i485 was moved to another office [NBC] i'm looking forward to having an update soon, but from what i've researched it's still taking a while

@Taylor congratulations on approval,well your i485 is moved to office who has its jurisdiction now i believe as per the update!!! now they will send you i693 deficiency for medicals in a week or two.i received my i693 medical deficiency on 2nd April and no update so far

@Harry r I sent my I485 in July 2020 together I sent the medical exams, theoretically I should not receive a 693 notification, because on the USCIS website it says the exams are valid for 2 years, now I don't know if they will transfer to my region [Baltimore ] because in this region it says that 485 processing is in April 2018, that is, 3 years, will I have to wait another 3 years to get my green card..

@Taylor even my case is in NBC,chances are maybe they will send us an Rfe for submitting medicals all over again if not they might transfer our case to our local office for interview. whats your PD for i360 ?

@Harry r Yes, I would love to go my parents to visit my daughter but I'm afraid to use my advanced parole, also waiting for the green card that we don't know when we will have an update is also frustrating. i applied my vawa in june 2019, january 2021 i received an RFE and in june i received approval, now only waiting for the 485 to resolve...
