EAD about 4-5 Days and for SSN i would suggest go to the nearest SSN office with your EAD and ask them if its already processed if not then apply from there and you will get SSN in 2 weeks

my case was approved on Wednesday last week and I got my ssn on Monday and my ead is comin in today
