the first rfe took me around 7 days, and the second was around 76 days. we sent the inquiry request but haven’t got any updates

@ Thao le congratulations: what kind of request USCIS asked from you if I may asked? they asked me to submit medical and I did since January 7, I haven’t heard anything back from them. so when I made equerry through live agent, I got response in the mail that says they are doing additional review on my case. this got me irritated because my case has been with USCIS, since October 14, 2019.

I just sent a service requests through USCIS ASK Emma live chat and that was after 60 days had passed.

congrat!mine is 400days the same case and nothing yet!we replied to rfe but they did not update!
