I don't understand this very well, my case is vawa, I sent the form I-360, I-485, I-765 can they approve the vawa before sending the ead?

the vawa isn’t approved just her EAD vawa is still pending

first I will receive approval then Ead?

for this particular time line that we are coming in her vawa isn’t approved as yet just her EAD. as for you the same will happen, your EAD(I-765) and Advance parole if u filed I-131 will be approved before the vawa (I-360) then your GC( I-485)

Some lawyer don’t know about filing C09 with vawa. someone said he filed C31 EAD with lawyer instead of C09.

I have EAD already from i130/485. should I file for another C09 while filing for Vawa? or renew next year?

I agree Krish90. Even if you want to use a lawyer, do your research too. I have learnt a lot from the forum

@krish, you got lucky at least you got your EAD within three months (that was super fast) and you are able to renew... I never even got the chance to get the EAD card and even after waiting for almost 8 months for biometrics appointment, she hide the letter and i ended up missing my biometrics 😩😩😩. it's crazy, but my GOD is faithful.
