my interview was on May 25 (approved on the spot) and it has always been processed by NBC

I did sent the medical results on the initial package but they didn't acknowledged it so I re-take them and bring them to the interview.
Interview scheduled: April 20, 2022.
Interview date: May 25, 2022 (approved on the spot)
I-130 approval date: May 27, 2022
I-485 approval date: June 23, 2022
Green card being produced: June 27, 2022
I never received the Work or travel Authorization permits

quick question I filled for my wife overseas in dec 16,2021 and my case is in the same office as yours was. I’m a US citizen how long did it take for them to approve the petition ?

@shemmel the officer just asked us basic questions. She asked when did we get married, where, if it was our first marriage if we had any kids or if we were planing to have any, where does my husband work, we brought new photos of the relationship, car insurance policy, house rental agreement with both of our names, bank statements from joint account, print screens from watsapp conversations with time stamp (all PG rated :p mostly special occasions like christmas, valentines, Thanksgiving) and notarized letters from friends and family

@not giving up the officer mentioned she didn't read the watsapp conversations since she has seen a lot of things that can't be unseen by other applicants 😅 but that she could tell we love each other. She did review the fotos and selected some for the file, mostly the ones with friends and family and trips together.
