Case Approved after 11 months
Hello All, my wife’s case has been approved. It says on here that USCIS are still reviewing it but I found an approval notice in the documents section on the website

you should get approved in a week or two as long as you submitted all the documents

How do you find the documents section on the uscis website? I've been check it and I don't see the option, is it only for people who filled the application online? Because I filled out paper, and I already have an uscis account. Thank you

nope, just one. I submitted all the documents and a lot of evidence when I applied

@Sam K I guess it’s diffierent for everyone. my petition was also approved today, Pd 01/21/21 and the status shows being actively reviewed as of today. the first notification was on 02/26/21

nope, here it says that case is being actively reviewed since Feb 25

in here it says that your time line just submission to uscis

@m s- That is old. The case was transferred to NVC and they created the case already. I am waiting for the fee to be posted so I can fill out the DS 260 and affidavit of support
