@Ahmed Ah I made my employer fill it but in the cover letter, I told USCIS per their own policy manual I don’t need it and I quoted the exact statute. I am only providing it because they asked not because it is required. “This letter responds to the Request for Initial Evidence (RFIE) dated December 26, 2024 regarding my Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. While Form I-485 Supplement J is not required for EB-1A (pursuant to INA section 203(b)(1)(A)) cases as per Volume 7, Part A, Chapter 6 of the USCIS Policy Manual and 8 CFR 204.5(h), I am nevertheless providing the requested documentation in the interest of facilitating the prompt processing of my application.”
