I’ve seen that Newark is taking between 10 to 13 months ! look I ain’t gonna get mad if mine get done in 12 months! I’m also in Newark. 😅

hi Tiffany and Lucas I am also Newark FO. did they want evidence or something? they wanted evidence from us and no answer almost 4 months. we filled September 2021 I did expedite for work permit there is no answer also. one months… I am hopeless

I didn’t get any RFE, I filled in June, biometrics done in September.

biometrics I done in nov. right away. I don’t know what to do now. I am in money harsh and I lost many jobs. very sad 😞

you need to try expedite again, some people do that 3 or 4 times bfore get approved. I can’t expedite but if you can, try more than once.

Hi Lucas and Mary don’t be discouraged, also if you or your spouse have a birthday coming up you’re more likely to get an interview around that time. my lawyer told me that’s why i got lucky

well my spouse bday will be in June, same month we applied for the AOS so that would be a year 😅😅 mine is in august so I hope it gets done in June lol. thanks for the encouragement though 😉
