no it was for admission two times on a visa and stayed over 180 days first time and 12 years after second entrance

maybe you don’t get my question, I want to know how many months did it take Uscis, to approved your i485 after your i601 is approved? because today makes it exactly 1 month that, my i601 is approved and I haven’t get my i485 approve yet. so I want to know how long I should be waiting

what? something have to be done by me. I am also inside the USA, I had two interview already since 2019. you are such a lucky person! But I will be waiting for them till the year runs out.

It is for my husband he entered legal and i was born in the US plus we did have to get a lawyer the first time he got denied a year ago it has been a costly case.
