I dont see an option for FAQ!

Press the More tab at the bottom, and then scroll down a little in the page. You will see the FAQ menu right below Help Center

but I dont see otion to cancel subscription.

don’t you see ‘How to cancel subscription’ after tapping FAQ? If not, maybe your app is an older version? what is your version? The latest is 3.5.3
