IMO, if you have the offer in hand, you must give it a try. USCIS has recently issued a new guideline for healthcare workers. There is nothing to loose anyway. Many people were recently successful to expedite EAD under the healthcare worker category.

@jude. you can. I didn’t expedite but mine was sent so quick because I have been working as an health care worker before I start my application. I put in my application with uscis on April 16th it was on hold till august because of my birth certificate. reopen august biometric September. ead and Ssn November. interview December. waiting for green card since December though.
