Can a green card holder still be affected with public charge rule ?
hey guys , I want to get Medicaid .. but I am not sure if it’s right because I am a green card holder . hope that won’t affect anything in the future

not for the next 3.5 years but you never know if they bring it back down. I would be careful until you get your citizenship.

I renewed my GC and became a Citizen while on Medicaid and SNAP for years. Don't worry, take care of your health.
