i sumited it and got repond 14days after. but don’t expect much thing all the say is “we’re sorry about the delay but i cannot tell you when it’s gonna be approved.” something like that basically nothing.

I read of one guy having the same type of issue and he got a lawyer to sue us cis and before court they just approved the i130 lol...idk its all a waiting game thats BS to me. and 2023 6 months to wait for i130.speeding up processing times. how can you do that and you cant even approved the ones that are pending for approval.
