I have my interview there in 2 weeks 🤞

the reason I’m asking iits because it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of someone on the phone and last month when I emailed my inquiry, I was told to just keep waiting but it’s already been 3 months past the approval date. I’m getting anxious already!!

what kind of application do you have? have you tried chatting with an agent?

@H. Every time I call it says that it is too busy to receive calls

when the automatic machines asks you why you are calling, say “info pass” or “technical issues” and it will transfer your call to an agent within minutes

just got off the phone and was told that the last time an agent had my case was last week and they could still be working on it bc it doesn’t say in the system that he or she has cleared it. was also told that not only one agent works on your case and that once one agent finishes the assigned job that he or she needs to work on your case, then another agent grabs your case and maybe that person is the one that approves, denies or RFE’s your case. I’m somewhat happy to know that my case is actively being worked on. btw, I was also told to call back next month in case there’s any other news. They were very professional and patient and answered all my questions.
