I've been waiting for my case for 323 days, it was in nebraska and was transferred to vermont

it's really hard how to feel about this long time away from the person you love , and without even an answer why it was transferred

it is! looking at the Visa Journey website and here are the processing times posted meaning priority dates being processed: I-130 for IR1/CR1 CSC: April 27, 2021 VSC: may 13, 2021 NSC: December 28, 2020 TSC: December 31, 2020 NBC: December 18, 2020 I hope this helps.. it’s based on stats on visajourney.com it’s hard but we gotta be patient… no other choice 🙏

well it’s a bit confusing - letter states Texas but uscis live agent i have talked to today said California

mines was also from Texas then transferred to California I sent mine end of June of 2021 July-2-2021 uscis received my case on July-21-2021 they started reviewing my case been waiting hopefully I will hear something soon praying

also a us citizen filing for spouse hopefully we both hear something soon

California doing much better lately than Texas, so I think you’re better off this way :)

I have noticed and I’m happy California is doing better now hopefully we will all get good news and praying everyone gets an approval soon
