Biometrics Appointment for I-485 Missing
I asked Emma about when my biometrics appoint was. They gave me a date and time and said they would email the receipt.
I asked another Emma agent, just to be sure and they said they cannot find my appointment notice and this has been escalated.
What could have happened? Do I still have an appointment?

Create and Login to myuscis online portal. You should be able to download the appointment notice under reschedule biometric appointment if you have one.
