Asylum Court hearing dates Extending!!!
hi anyone got asylum based court hearing which is keep on rescheduling dates every 7 months but never heard hearing anyone going through the same its frustrating .

from what I heard from my Lawyer any 2022 cases (Asylum)have been pushed until 2025 cuz of the backlog the Covid-19’s caused.

hi Sal Q I'm waiting on master calendar hearing are taking about filing cases in 2022 were pushed to 2025 ?

I have my master hearing for next month if they can push it back to 2025 I will be happy because I will have enough time for my i130 to be approved and it will cost me less money on paying lawyer to represent me in court
